Pricing

  • How much does a QR menu cost per month for a small cafe?

    Starter is $10 a month, fits up to 20 tables, and includes the live order board and waiter approval. The first 50 MobiTaste customers stay locked at $5 a month for life on Starter.

  • Are there per-order fees on top of the subscription?

    No. The subscription is the full price. You pay $10, $25, or $60 a month depending on tier and there is no per-order cut, no transaction fee, no plus-tax-surprise.

  • Is there a free trial and do I need a card?

    Starter has a 14-day free trial and you do not enter a card. After 14 days you either subscribe or stay frozen with a read-only menu. Growth and Pro start their trial when you upgrade.

  • What is the difference between Starter and Growth?

    Starter is one restaurant, 20 tables, two locales. Growth is $25, three locations, 60 tables each, custom domain, analytics. If you grow past 20 tables in one shop, jump to Growth. Otherwise Starter is enough for years.

  • Can I cancel any time without penalty?

    Yes. Cancel from the Billing page and the subscription stops at the end of the current month. No cancellation fee. Refunds for the current month are honored if you cancel within 30 days of the charge.

MobiTaste publishes every tier with its features and limits in one table, no demo required. Starter is $10 a month, the first 50 customers stay at $5 a month for life, and the highest published tier is $60.

The four tiers

Starter, $10 a month. One restaurant, up to 20 tables, two languages (TR and EN), live order board, waiter approval, audit log retention for 12 months. Fits a single-barista cafe, a small restaurant, or a boutique hotel with an F&B outlet. Includes the 14-day free trial with no card required. Public price; first-50 cohort locked at $5 a month for life.

Growth, $25 a month. Three locations, up to 60 tables per location, all Starter features, plus custom domain (CNAME), basic analytics, allergen flags, and CSV export of orders and audit log. Most full-service restaurants land here. Annual billing brings the effective rate to $21 a month.

Pro, $60 a month. Ten locations, REST API access, webhooks on order events, 36 months of audit retention, priority email support. Fits small groups, hotels with multiple F&B outlets, and operators integrating MobiTaste with their own dashboards. The API page in the FAQ covers rate limits.

Enterprise, contact. Custom limits, indefinite audit retention, SSO, signed DPA. For hotel groups, regional chains, and franchisors. Annual contract, invoice billing, named account contact.

What every tier includes

Every plan ships the printable QR menu, the kitchen screen, waiter approval, the call-waiter button, idle session expiry, table state sync, role-based staff access, and JSON-LD on every guest-facing menu page. The feature deep-dives describe the mechanics. No tier removes the kitchen screen; that would defeat the point.

There are no per-order fees on any tier. The published price is the full price. There is no surcharge for taking a Sunday brunch shift on Starter, and no transaction cut for sending 400 orders through Pro on a Saturday night.

The first-50 lock

The first 50 customers who subscribe to Starter stay at $5 a month for life. Public Starter is $10. If the public price moves later, the early-50 cohort does not move with it. The offer applies to Starter only; Growth and Pro have their own published prices. This is one of two real money commitments in the product, and it is honored regardless of what the rest of the page does.

Annual billing

Annual billing saves 16 percent on Starter, Growth, and Pro. You pay 10 months, get 12. You switch in the Billing page and the saving applies on the next renewal. Enterprise has its own multi-year terms.

Comparison row prose

API access starts on Pro. Webhooks fire on order.created and order.status_changed. Rate limit is 60 requests a minute on Pro, with a higher ceiling on Enterprise. Documentation runs at /api/v1/docs; the restaurant use case names where the API matters.
