Three building blocks

What it takes for a real QR menu

No new hardware. No POS contract. Multilingual menu and the approval gate ship in the box.

Printable QR menu

One A6 QR per table, all printed in one click. Guests scan, menu opens, order ships, no app install.

First table order · under one hour

Waiter approval gate

The first order in each session waits until staff approve it. Mistaken or fake orders never reach the kitchen.

Unapproved kitchen tickets · 0

Live order board

New orders land on the kanban board in under a second. Floor and kitchen read the same list at the same time.

Order sync latency · < 1 s

We set it up on a Friday, and by Saturday lunch the first table order was in the kitchen. Fake orders typed into empty tables get caught at the approval gate, and we manage the menu in four languages from one panel. Service got faster and calmer at the same time.

From the team

We built MobiTaste for places tired of legacy ordering and unwilling to sign onto a POS contract. In a cafe's morning rush, a restaurant's Saturday night, a hotel's breakfast peak; the guest just pulls out a phone, the flow handles the rest.

The menu ships multilingual out of the box: Turkish and English at native fluency, the next language you add yourself in five minutes. When you need help, support email doesn't queue into a ticket system; it lands directly with our team.

DAI Softwares · the MobiTaste team

The moment the guest scans, the order is in the kitchen

In cafes, restaurants, and hotels, the most commonly lost order is the one that reaches the table late. MobiTaste closes that gap with a QR printed on every table: guests don’t install an app, they open the menu and place the order. Setup takes less than an hour.

The QR menu works without any app install

The guest opens the table QR with their phone camera. The menu loads straight in the browser; no App Store or Google Play detour. The page opens in well under a second over 4G.

The menu publishes in Turkish and English at the same time. The guest picks a language, prices stay shared, you don’t write the translation twice. A third language can be added later.

See QR menu features for the detail.

One QR for the guest, one tap for the operator

For the guest, one QR is enough: no app install, no account, no waiting on a server. For the operator, one tap is enough: the order lands in the kitchen immediately, notes don’t go missing, the till doesn’t get a wrong entry. Both sides connect through the shortest possible path.

On busy nights you open the approval gate and stop prank scans; on quiet hours you close it and let the flow run automatically. The default doesn’t change, you do.

The waiter approval page explains the mechanism in detail.

Orders reach the kitchen instantly

A new order shows up in the New column on the kitchen tablet in under a second. The cook swipes the card to In Progress, then to Ready the moment it’s plated. The line turns green in the server view and the floor tablet plays a single chime. You don’t need a separate KDS device; an Android tablet or an old iPad does the job.

A three-column kanban keeps the flow simple. The kitchen reads the queue at a glance; the floor knows what’s been served. Every change stays in the audit log with a timestamp.

$10/month, no per-order fees

Starter is $10 a month, up to 20 tables. The first 50 MobiTaste customers stay at $5/month on Starter for life. Growth is $25, up to three locations with 60 tables each. Pro is $60 and includes a custom domain and API access.

There is no per-order commission. Your bank charges TL card transactions at the current exchange rate; the invoice arrives in USD. Monthly cancellation is open; you can request a refund within 30 days after canceling.

Built in Turkey, ready for the world

We sat at café owners’ tables while building MobiTaste. A single barista working off a paper pad, and the manager of a five-property boutique hotel chain, both wanted the same thing: guests ordering without waiting, the kitchen not getting confused, end-of-day revenue on one screen.

The software runs at native fluency in Turkish and English; menu, dashboard, and invoice are all bilingual. Data sits encrypted on EU servers in Frankfurt. KVKK (Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698) and GDPR compliance are on by default.

Get started in 20 minutes

The 20-minute setup guide walks every step until your first table order arrives. Open an account, pick a short name for your venue, type your categories, print your tables. A demo table token is ready from day one; you can run an end-to-end dry run from your own phone before any guest sees it.

A single-barista cafe, a ten-table restaurant, or a twenty-room hotel; the flow is the same. See the use cases and pick the closest match for your scale.
